| SEQUENCE | EXPLANATION | | B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K | The sequence consists of the consonants (i.e., vowels are omitted). | | A, D, G, J, M, P, S, V | The sequence consists of every third letter of the alphabet (i.e., skip two letters in between). | | A, E, I, M, Q, U, Y | The sequence consists of every fourth letter of the alphabet (i.e., skip three letters in between). | | A, C, F, J, O, U | The sequence consists of the letters of the alphabet skipping one letter (B), then two letters (D, E), next three letters (G, H, I) and so on. | | E, K, P, T, W, Y, Z | The sequence consists of the letters of the alphabet skipping five letter (F,G,H,I,J), then four letters (L,M,N,O), next three letters (Q,R,S) and so on. | | X, W, C, D, V, U, E, F, T | When two letters are taken at a time, there are two separate sequences.
