Your answer for question 16 is incorrect. The question states that the time
   elapsed from 6:47 a.m. to 10.13 the same morning.
   
   10.13 is not 10:13 a.m.  10.13 is actually 10:7.8 or 10 o'clock, 7 hours,
   and 48 seconds. Therefore, the total time elasped is 3 hours, 20 minutes and
   48 second. Which is less than 3 hours and 25 minutes.
   
   The way it is explained in your answer key, the question would have needed
   to be asked Time elapsed from 6:47 am to 10:13 am.
